EVERFLEX SILICONE 450 PREMIUM BUILDERS SILICONE IS a low modulus, neutral cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of both porous and non porous surfaces without the need for priming. Conforms to ISO11600 F and G 25 LM and SNJF 25E
- Perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu /wood and all other window frames.
- Sealing and as an adhesive onto PVCu, plastic trims and components with low dirt pick up
- Bedding insulated glass units in accordance with relevant clauses of BS8000 Part 7 and High resistance to plasticiser migration - may be used over water based and solvent based paints
- Suitable as an expansion joint sealant with Excellent flexibility - +/- 25% and excellent adhesion - adheres to most common surfaces including glass, metals, plastics and wood also Suitable for use on polycarbonate.
- Weather sealing for parapet and roofs and joint sealing to pre-formed panels and General glazing sealing and draughtproofing, including repair work over existing sealant.

Local deliveries apply to Oldham (OL), Bolton (BL), Manchester (M), Stockport (SK) and Blackburn (BB) postcode areas, with free delivery for orders above £500.
Courier deliveries are available to the rest of the UK excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands. Free standard delivery for orders above £500 (for some larger products an additional delivery surcharge may apply).
